I’m writing this for you for 2 reasons:
To let you know that I’m back on Substack (yay!)
To let you know what I’ll be writing about
I tried out a different way to write and deliver emails to you, and honestly, I didn’t love it. And I used to get great comments and feedback with my Substack articles so here we are!
As for what I’ll be writing about, the mission has never changed…
I want to provide valuable, actionable, practical fitness and nutrition advice and insights so you can live your healthiest and best life.
